My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented HR ER & Policy Manager on a Permanent basis.
This role identifies, designs, and delivers innovative employment policies and guidance ensuring successful implementation and integration.
What's on offer:
Salary: £46,000 - £50,000*based on experience
Hybrid working
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
Contribute to high level research and analysis, to ensure that our employment policies and practice are continuously improved
Lead the HR Service Centre (Astro) to deliver to Service level agreements driving performance
Proactively respond to forthcoming legislation changes, undertaking discovery work to identify the impact of the change
Proactively contribute to the development and continuation of communities of practice and networks to share best practicesAbout you:
You will have the following experiences:
Extensive experience in a similar role.
Deep understanding of HR functions, practice, and procedure
Sound knowledge of employment law
Local Authority experience is essential
