Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join a reputable organisation within the industrial/manufacturing sector in Dewsbury. This is an all round HR administration and advisory role.

This role is within a well-established SME organisation in the industrial/manufacturing sector based in Dewsbury.

Description

The interim HR Generalist will provide hands on support including:

Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
Manage recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Provide guidance on employment law and HR best practices to line managers and staff.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems effectively.
Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate training sessions and support staff development programmes.Profile

A successful HR Generalist should have:

Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience working within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
Proficiency in using HR systems and maintaining employee records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
