Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based in Ipswich, who are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist on a 15-month FTC.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is looking to join a fantastic company where they can utilise their skills. If you are keen and ready to step in to this role where you can hit the ground running, then we want to hear from you.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the companies’ people and ensure a seamless experience for them. The person for this role will be able to carry out a variety of HR functions and provide support for staff at all levels. You will need to need to deliver a professional service and be efficient when carrying out your work.
Skills & Experience required:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience within HR or personnel
* A strong understanding of employee relations and employment law regulations and matters.
* Admin experience gained from a commercial environment.
* Strong I.T. skills including the use of Microsoft packages.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
