My client, a national services based business are looking for an HR helpdesk team leader for their site in Manchester.
This role will involve overseeing a team of HR administrators taking calls from the wider business on Employment Law and Employee Relations queries.
You will need the following experience:
* Employment Law
* Employee Relations
* Running a help desk team
* Using a ticketing system
* RTW/DBS/Reference checking system
* HRIS
* Experience with high volume calls within a regulated sector
* CIPD qualified
