Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management and grievances.
Oversee payroll processes and liaise with external providers as required.
Implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
Support training and development initiatives to enhance staff performance.

A successful HR Manager should have:
Experience in Human Resources within a similar role or capacity.
