HR Manager
Cambridgeshire
£60,000-£65,000 + bonus + standard pension + 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Full-time | On-site

Our client is a well-established FMCG manufacturer looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function at site level and support the wider UK people agenda.

This is a key leadership role, working closely with senior management to deliver a proactive, commercial, and pragmatic people service across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, manage a small team, support operational leaders, and help shape people plans that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the site HR function and managing the HR team,
partnering with senior stakeholders on workforce planning,
recruitment,
employee relations,
performance, engagement,
process improvement,
Maintaining HR systems, reporting, and policies To be considered, you will need:

Previous HR leadership experience within manufacturing or FMCG,
strong employee relations knowledge,
experience supporting managers in a hands-on operational environment,
credibility to influence at all levels.
CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience This is an excellent opportunity for an established HR professional who enjoys being close to the operation, leading from the front, and adding real commercial value within a growing FMCG setting
