HR Manager
Responsibilities:
Drive and then implement the agreed HR strategy across the business.
Design and implement actions from the HR Roadmap, with a key focus on recruitment, retention and motivation of staff.
Coach, support and advise the Site Senior Management Team on all HR matters relating to people management..
Responsible for the HR metrics and monitoring of this and implementing improvements.
To act as a specialist resource, to the Site, providing advice on highly complex employee relation issues such as disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, performance management, appeals, harassment/bullying issues.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing, warehousing, or logisitics
