Job Description

Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with a well-respected organisation in the search for an experienced HR Manager to join their People team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded HR professional who enjoys partnering with senior leaders and driving positive people outcomes. Reporting to the knowledgeable and collaborative Group Director of HR, you'll lead a small HR team whilst providing expert support across a broad range of employee relations, people projects and organisational change initiatives. 

Based in Eastleigh, this is a full-time, permanent position paying up to £47k.

What you'll do:

Lead, coach and develop a team of 2 to deliver a high-quality and responsive HR service.
	
Partner with senior leaders and managers to provide expert HR guidance and support.
	
Oversee a broad range of ER matters, including performance, conduct, capability and lead complex investigations, ensuring matters are managed fairly, consistently and in line with policy and legislation.
	
Support organisational change programmes and contribute to wider People & Culture initiatives.
	
Provide guidance on employment legislation, HR policies and best practice.
	
Support industrial relations activity, including consultation and engagement with Trade Union representatives.
	
Use HR data and insights to support decision-making, reporting and workforce planning.
	
Ensure HR systems and records are maintained accurately and compliantly.
	
Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to drive continuous improvement and positive cultural change.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR BP role.
	
Strong experience managing complex employee relations cases from start to finish.
	
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
	
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
	
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to influence at all levels.
	
CIPD Level 5 qualification as a minimum.
