Job Description

A large and well-established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality HR service across a busy multi-site environment.Reporting to the senior HR leadership team, you will manage a small HR team and partner closely with managers to provide expert advice on employee relations, workforce planning, policy implementation, and organisational change.Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop an HR Business Partner and HR Administrator.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management.
Support managers with complex HR matters and investigations.
Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied consistently.
Contribute to workforce planning, job evaluation and salary management processes.
Produce and analyse HR data, reports and workforce metrics.
Build effective relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
Support organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote best practice across employee wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion.About You

Proven experience in a senior HR generalist or HR Manager role.
Strong employee relations and case management experience.
Experience managing or mentoring HR team members.
Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Comfortable using HR systems and producing workforce reports.
CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) preferred.What's on Offer?
