We are delighted to be working in partnership with a professional services business in the appointment of an HR Manager.
As the HR Manager, you will work closely with line managers and employees to address a wide range of HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and contributing to the organisation's strategic goals. This role combines operational oversight with hands-on implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Reporting to the HR Director, your key responsibilities will include:
• Manage employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence and redundancy.
•Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice.
• Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
• Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies, manage talent and succession planning
• Support the recruitment process.
• Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
• Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
• Collaborate with other functional areas and key stakeholders to share expertise, guidance and practice.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent) and has demonstrable HR generalist experience coupled with a solid knowledge of employment legislation and it's application.
Experience working in a multi-disciplinary or professional services environment would be advantageous.
This role requires someone who is both people-focused and commercially aware. You will need to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a strong understanding of the broader economic and business context of HR.
The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
There will also be occasional travel to other locations across the organisation so applicants must hold a full driving licence.
