Role: HR Manager
Salary: Circa £75,000 - £85,000 + Up to 15% Bonus
Location: London (hybrid working)
My client is a fast-growing well-established organisation, with a portfolio of market leading products and services supporting an international client base. They are recruiting for an ambitious HR Manager who can identify and implement proactive People initiatives across their multi-location footprint.
The Role:
* Drive both the day-to-day excellence of the HR function and contribute to long-term organisational success, serving as both a strategic and operational leader
* Act as the Director of HR's strategic partner and capable deputy, ready to step into senior leadership discussions
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of direct reports
* Drive engagement initiatives and maintain positive stakeholder and employee relations
* Champion organisational culture and values while driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
* Oversee end-to-end talent lifecycle including acquisition, development and retention
* Lead HRIS optimisation and process automation
* Adopt and encourage a philosophy of data-driven decision making
The Person:
* In terms of background consideration will be given to the professional services arena, alongside the technology sector, and other environments dominated by people-centric services
* Ideally a degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or a related field
* Proven track record of successfully managing and developing HR teams – a natural leader who can inspire and develop others
* Comfortable engaging and influencing senior-level stakeholders leading to positive outcomes, while remaining agile and flexible to business priorities
* Track record of delivering measurable value through HR initiatives
* Ability to translate business needs into people solutions
* Understanding of commercial drivers, data, process optimisation etc. and their impact on people decisions
* Gravitas to lead beyond direct authority
