About the Role
We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a highly regarded Multi-Academy Trust, based at their Head Office in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to step into a pivotal role, supporting schools across the Trust with strategic and operational HR expertise.
This temp-to-perm opportunity offers the successful candidate the chance to establish themselves within a forward-thinking education trust, with the view to transition into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
*
Lead on HR data reporting including gender pay gap, apprenticeship, and EDI metrics.
*
Manage employee relations casework across the Trust (disciplinary, grievance, and capability).
*
Provide expert HR advice and support to school leaders and HR colleagues on complex matters.
*
Partner with school-based HR administrators and the central payroll team to ensure smooth operations.
*
Act as Deputy to the Executive Head of HR, taking a lead role in their absence.
What We’re Looking For
*
CIPD Level 5 qualification (Level 7 or higher highly desirable).
*
Strong background in employee relations and HR data reporting.
*
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
*
Previous experience within an education or multi-academy trust environment is highly advantageous.
