Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a varied role that combines project work with day-to-day HR operations? We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Officer to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract starting January 2026.

Description

Deliver a high-quality HR service, supporting both BAU and project activities.
Manage HR administration and maintain accurate system input.
Support recruitment processes, including offers, contracts, and terms & conditions.
Provide strong Employee Relations (ER) support, including restructures and redundancies.
Ensure compliance and accuracy across HR systems and processes.Profile

Experience with iTrent or a strong HR systems background.
Solid ER experience, including handling complex cases.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.

Job Offer

4 days on site in Malvern.

Time will be split between 2 locations. 
Flexible on start and end time 

37.5 hour working week
