HR Officer - Growing Regional Law Firm

We're exclusively supporting a leading, fast-growing regional law firm as they look to appoint an experienced HR Officer. What You'll Be Doing
In this broad and hands-on HR role, you'll work closely with Partners, managers, and the wider support teams to deliver effective HR across the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating and enhancing the appraisal process
Organising and supporting training and development programmes
Providing first-line HR advice to managers on policies and employee relations
Assisting with disciplinary investigations and preparing relevant documentation
Managing internal communications and engagement initiatives
Supporting recruitment and onboarding activity
Providing administrative support to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3 years' HR experience
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferred
Strong working knowledge of core HR processes (ER, recruitment, training, appraisals)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive matters
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Competent with Microsoft Office and able to pick up new systems quickly
Full UK driving licence
Contract Details
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
