Description

Assist in payroll administration and ensure timely reporting of HR-related data.
Contribute to the development of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Deliver training and induction programmes for new staff members.

A successful HR Officer should have:
Experience working within the Human Resources function, preferably in a not-for-profit environment.
A strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
