Description Support the delivery of HR policies and procedures in line with organisational objectives. Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and coordination of interviews. Provide guidance on employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate HR records and update systems as required. Assist in payroll administration and ensure timely reporting of HR-related data. Contribute to the development of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement. Deliver training and induction programmes for new staff members. Handle general HR queries, providing first-line support to employees and managers.Profile A successful HR Officer should have: Experience working within the Human Resources function, preferably in a not-for-profit environment. A strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications. A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.Job Offer A competitive salary of approximately £30,000 to £32,000 GBP per annum, depending on experience.
