Job Description

Proclinical is seeking an HR Shared Service Specialist to support the efficient operation of a global HR Shared Services function. In this role, you will provide technical and functional support for HR inquiries, focusing on delivering high-quality services to internal customers. You will also contribute to global HR programs and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Leave and Time Management: Administer and process employee leave requests in line with company policies and local regulations. Support managers and employees with queries related to leave entitlements, absence reporting, and timesheet submissions. Manage cases related to long-term leaves, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with stakeholders. Monitor compliance with leave and time reporting policies, escalating issues as needed. HR Shared Services Support: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries through established service channels (e.g., HR ticketing systems). Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy. Provide payroll and benefits teams with accurate leave and time tracking data. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to deliver seamless HR services. Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, and reporting. Continuous Improvement and Compliance: Identify opportunities to streamline leave and time management processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Conduct regular audits on HR processes, employee data, and documentation to ensure compliance and best practices. Key Skills and Requirements: Experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or similar roles within a global or multi-regional organization. Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and procedures, with experience supporting HR inquiries such as benefits and employee programs. Familiarity with HR ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SuccessFactors) is preferred. Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to deliver high-quality HR support in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
