Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a HR Team Leader, with a strong operational background, to join a large and highly respected UK law firm.
HR Team Leader responsibilities:
Lead and support the HR Administration team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
Oversee onboarding, pre-employment checks, and employee lifecycle processes
Act as escalation point for HR queries and third-party screening providers
Work closely with payroll, recruitment, and HR business partners to streamline processes
Drive continuous improvement in HR systems, workflow, and service delivery The ideal candidate will have:
Proven HR operational or team leadership experience within professional services
CIPD Level 5 qualified (Level 7 desirable)
Strong working knowledge of HR systems and compliance processes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
