HR Advisor – Private Healthcare – Up to £35,000 – North London (Hybrid)
Are you a proactive and experienced HR professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a respected private healthcare provider in North London to recruit an HR Advisor who will play a key role in supporting a high-performing HR function. Full-Time | 4 Days On-Site, 1 Day Remote | £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and staff across the organisation
Manage employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues
Support recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes (DBS, right to work, referencing)
Maintain HR systems and ensure compliance with employment legislation and CQC standards
Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives
Assist with policy development, workforce planning, and HR projects
About You:
CIPD Level 3 qualified (minimum); Level 5 preferred
HR experience within the healthcare or care sector is essential
Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
Confident in advising line managers on a range of people-related issues
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
