About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join a major substation project in London. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are implemented and maintained across the site. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-profile energy infrastructure project and contribute to its safe and successful delivery.
Responsibilities
* Provide HSE advice and support to site management and project teams.
* Ensure compliance with UK health, safety and environmental legislation and company standards.
* Conduct site inspections, audits and toolbox talks.
* Support incident investigations and develop corrective actions.
* Promote a positive safety culture across the project.
* Liaise with contractors, clients and stakeholders to maintain best practices in HSE.
Requirements
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum) or equivalent.
* Previous experience as a HSE Advisor within substations, power, utilities, or construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and best practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
* Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
