Job Description
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies, procedures, and legislation on-site.
Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and method statement reviews to ensure safe working practices.
Support incident investigations, reporting near misses, accidents, and hazards in line with company procedures.
Assist in delivering HSE inductions and toolbox talks to workers and subcontractors.
Maintain accurate HSE documentation, including permits, registers, and compliance records.
Work closely with site management to promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to solar/PV installation safety standards.
Help monitor environmental compliance, including waste management and pollution prevention.
Participate in HSE audits and assist in implementing corrective actions.
