Job Title: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager
Location: Ideally based around Birmingham, Leicester, or Coventry
Travel: Regular travel to client sites (company car or van provided)
Overview:
We are seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator with a strong background in mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering, ideally someone who has progressed from a hands-on role such as engineering installation or pump fitting into health and safety leadership.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in engineering installation or pump fitting
* Strong M&E background
* NEBOSH certification is essential
* Demonstrated experience in:
* Creating and reviewing risk assessments
* Writing and signing off method statements
* Ability to work independently and travel to various sites
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
