Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the site's Health, Safety & Environmental Management System
Ensure full compliance with UK regulations, National Grid requirements, and company standards
Oversee risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans
Perform site inspections, audits, and incident investigations
Interface with the principal contractor, subcontractors, National Grid, and client representatives
Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions
Ensure accurate EHS reporting, documentation, and record-keeping
