Description
As the HSE Manager you will be tasked with the following;
Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies across the organisation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation and regulations within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits, addressing any issues promptly.
Deliver HSE training and awareness programmes for employees at all levels.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with department leads to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records and provide detailed HSE reports to senior management.
Act as the primary point of contact for external regulatory bodies and auditors.
Profile
A successful HSE Manager should have:
A strong background in health, safety, and environmental management within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
Relevant qualifications in HSE or a related field.
Proven experience in implementing and maintaining HSE systems and policies.
Excellent knowledge of current HSE legislation and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.Job Offer
Competitive salary in the range of £45000 to £50,000, depending on experience.
Company pension scheme with a 3% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution.
