Location: Milton Keynes (100% onsite)
Contract: 12-Month Assignment
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Rate: £12.82 – £15.38 per hour (PAYE)
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Technician to support health, safety, and environmental operations at their Milton Keynes site. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about workplace safety and compliance in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver HSE induction training and toolbox talks; maintain training matrix.
* Support risk assessment programmes and communicate findings.
* Assist with COSHH assessments and maintain the SYPOL and 3E databases.
* Update Enablon modules and track incident-related actions.
* Conduct ergonomic and DSE assessments; maintain health surveillance records.
* Assist with internal audits and accident/incident investigations.
* Support environmental activities and ensure legal compliance.
* Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
* Degree, HNC, or equivalent in a relevant field.
* NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent in Occupational Safety and Health.
* Experience in HSE within a manufacturing setting.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward safety and asset protection.
* Understanding of world-class safety performance standards.
