HSEQ CoordinatorLocation: WinsfordSalary: Dependent on experience The role: We are recruiting for a highly organised and detail-focused HSEQ Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting on HSEQ activities, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) regulations and standards across the business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations, and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organisation.HSEQ Coordination Responsibilities:
Safety first! Ensure safe keeping of all people and company property, adhere to all Health & Safety procedures
Maintain all HSE matrix with updated training records
Ensure compliance with local regulatory HSE requirements
Ensure compliance with contract HSE requirements
Identify potential and actual areas of improvement and assist in setting and formulating goals and tools for their achievement
To assist in and conduct investigations on HSEQ topics and follow up on remedial actions
Assist in the evaluation of internal and external reports concerning safety, for emerging trends and lessons learned
To prepare and conduct internal and external communications to promote company policies
To assist in the conduct of formal risk assessments and analysis
Support the internal audit process
Support on waste documentation and process compliance
Any other Ad hoc HSE administration to support the Head of HSEQ Qualifications and Skills:
NEBOSH qualification or actively working towards one, with a commitment to continuous professional development
Previous experience in a similar HSEQ role
Strong understanding of HSEQ regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyWhat we offer:
