A global medical device leader is seeking a ๐๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ป๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฟ to drive usability and human-centred design for innovative device development projects. This is a key role shaping design, prototyping, and testing with direct impact on patient safety and user experience.
๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ:
๐ Experience in usability engineering (medical device/pharma, syringe experience preferred)
๐ Strong knowledge of IEC 62366 for medical device development
๐ Setting up, conducting & analysing usability trials (informal & formal)
๐ Experience with DFMEA, UFMEA, design input tables, DHF documentation
๐ Translating HF data into actionable design inputs for R&D teams
๐ Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
๐ Familiarity with user-centred design principles & human behaviour analysis
๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐๐:
โ Hands-on prototyping and informal testing experience
โ Background in medical device usability / clinical context
