Human Resources Business Partner
Our customer, a leading UK manufacturer of bespoke, fully certified construction products, is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing team.
What You'll Do As HR Business Partner:
Lead HR initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Partner with leadership to drive talent development and succession planning.
Manage employee relations, including working with union representatives.
Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
Own and improve HR processes and policies.
Support leave management and respond to employee queries.
Provide HR data and KPI reporting to support business decisions.
What They're Looking For:
5+ years' HR experience in manufacturing, engineering, or similar sectors.
CIPD Level 3 or above (Level 5 preferred).
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.
Experience working with a unionised workforce is essential.
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
