What you’ll be doing
* Develop and manage HR policies and procedures from the ground up, tailored to the company’s needs.
* Handle the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file maintenance.
* Assist in creating process documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job aids, to standardise HR functions.
* Support compliance audits and regulatory reviews, ensuring employee data and offboarding processes meet legal requirements.
* Implement and interpret HR policies across teams, maintaining consistency and compliance in practices.
What you’ll need
* At least 3 years of HR experience in a related industry, with a solid understanding of HR functions.
* Strong presence and communication skills, enabling you to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* An ambitious, visionary mindset, ready to shape the future of HR in this business.
