Job Description

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an engaging, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Humanities Teacher to work in a long-term role starting in January. The school is located on the outskirts of Scunthorpe and easily accessible from public transport and car.

The position will involve planning, preparing, and delivering KS3 & KS4 lessons full-time until Easter.

The responsibilities of the role, include:

Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons in Humanities.
Motivating pupils to engage and participate in the subject.
Uphold Safeguarding and Behavioural policies.
Collaborate with the team and contribute ideas to help students succeed.During your time at Tradewind Recruitment, we will support you with CPD trainings through the National College which gives your access to over 2,000 CPD courses! We will also provide you with a consultant that will take care of your needs.

The position can be paid to scale and range from £168.80 - £232.62.

QTS and a specialist in History/Geography/RE/Humanities.
Right to work in the UK.
Satisfactory References
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
