What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering engaging and accessible lessons in History, Geography, and RE across KS2-KS4
Adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs and EHCP targets
Creating a calm, inclusive classroom environment where every pupil can thrive
Working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to support holistic development
Using creativity, patience, and empathy to inspire learners who may have found mainstream education challenging
We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Humanities at KS3/KS4 (KS2 experience a bonus)
A strong understanding or keen interest in Autism and SEN education
A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to teaching
The ability to build trusting relationships with pupils and staff
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
