💰 Daily Rate: £162.32 - £223.62 (dependent on experience)

Are you a passionate Humanities Teacher with a love for History and Geography? Prospero Teaching is working closely with a well-established secondary school in Portsmouth that is seeking a dedicated educator to join their team from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to complete their induction years in a supportive environment. The role is initially offered on a temporary basis for the full academic year, with the potential to become permanent.
📝 Role Details:
Subjects: History & Geography (KS3-KS4)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (plus occasional parents' evenings)
Daily Pay: £162.32 - £223.62 (based on experience)
✅ Requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
Experience teaching History and/or Geography in UK secondary schools
Up-to-date Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Two professional references (child-related)
Right to Work in the UK
