Job Description
Due to an exciting slate of upcoming renewable energy projects, one of our largest UK clients is looking for an experienced HV Primary Design Engineer with National Grid experience.
LOCATION: London (flexible working/WFH available, office requirement 2-4 times per month)
DURATION: 4-6 month initial
The right candidate will need to have the following:
* 5 years Substation Design experience with 1 year minimum UK experience
* Knowledge of National Grid standards and procedures
* Knowledge of 132kV/400kV systems
The following attributes are also highly desirable
* BESS/Solar project experience
* History of liaising with DNO/IDNO/UKPN/SSE
