Job Title: HVAC Commissioning Engineer

Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester

Salary/Benefits: £27k - £48k + Training & Benefits

A leading name within the building services / compliance industry is recruiting for a HVAC Commissioning Engineer. They are recruiting for a technically-minded individual, who is able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and ability. We are seeking someone with a hardworking attitude who is flexible to travel in line with company needs, working across a mixed portfolio of client premises. Experience / Qualifications:

  * Hands-on experience working as a HVAC Commissioning Engineer

  * Ideally will be qualified with CSA grades

  * Fully conversant in CIBSE and BSRIA guidelines

  * Adaptable to company travel requirements

  * Good literacy and numeracy skills

  * Confident using IT software

The Role:

  * Commissioning of HVAC, water and air systems within a variety of commercial, industrial and public sector environments

  * Balancing of LTHW, CHW and process water systems

  * Auditing and inspections of AHUs

  * Identifying system faults and making appropriate recommendations for works

  * Producing regular service reports

  * Adhering to safety guidelines and standards

  * Acting as a key point of contact for clients, to provide updates on works and technical advice

  * Representing the company in a professional manner
