Salary/Benefits: £30k - £50k + Training & Benefits
We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious and well-known HVAC Commissioning specialist. They are seeking a professional and driven HVAC Commissioning Engineer, who holds an exemplary work history as well as a robust technical skillset. Applicants must hold the CSA Grade 2 as a minimum. Our client can offer hardworking engineers the opportunity to gain further modules and training. Salaries and benefits are competitive.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have strong experience working as a Water & Air Commissioning Engineer
- It is essential to hold at least the CSA Grade 2 as a minimum
- It would support applications if candidates hold the CITB / AP / CP and / or Eastwood Park Training
- Will have experience working on clean room / theatre validations
- Excellent technical knowledge, including CIBSE guidelines
- Flexible to travel in line with company requirements
- Strong work history
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
The Role:
- Commissioning of HVAC systems across a range of sites
- Validation of clean rooms and theatres within healthcare / pharmaceutical settings
- Water and air balancing on extract / supply, AHUs, heating and chilled systems and fan coil units
- Power flushing and back-flushing
- Adjusting flow rates
- Assessing systems for performance flaws and making technical recommendations
- Producing regular service reports
- Meeting with clients on site to discuss projects
- Maintaining high standards of service as well as the reputation of the company
- Working to agreed deadlines
