HVAC Engineer
Leicester, Leicestershire
£40,000 - £60,000 per annum earnings + Benefits
Permanent position
One of the UK’s leading Facilities Management experts are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer based in Leicester, for a full-time, permanent position.
The duties for the successful HVAC Engineer candidate will include:
* Working in accordance with F-Gas regulations
* Carrying out a variety of heating and air conditioning installations
* Undertaking planned and reactive maintenance tasks
* Completing remedial works
* Operating across a variety of sectors covering the Leicestershire and East Midlands region (sometimes you may be required to work further afield in order to assist the business)
Essential requirements for the HVAC Engineer role include:
* F-Gas CAT 1 certification
* Minimum of 3 years on the job experience
* Full UK Driving Licence (ideally clean but minor points considered)
* Ability to use in-house IT systems on a tablet to log works (training will be provided on this)
* Excellent communication skills
* Professionalism and customer service abilities
