Job Title: HVAC Engineer
Location: London (Zones 1–6)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Overtime + Company Van
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (plus overtime and on-call rota)
About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to join a growing team, delivering high-quality maintenance, repair, and installation services across a range of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
*
Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, split units, chillers, and ventilation systems
*
Diagnose faults and carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
*
Install new HVAC equipment and carry out system upgrades as required
*
Complete detailed job reports and ensure all compliance documentation is accurate
*
Liaise professionally with clients and site teams, providing excellent customer service
*
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and site policies
*
Participate in the on-call rota and respond to emergency breakdowns when needed
Requirements
*
City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or HVAC
*
F-Gas Certification (Category 1 – essential)
*
Proven experience working on a wide range of commercial HVAC systems
*
Full UK driving licence (essential)
*
Excellent fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently
*
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
*
IPAF, PASMA, or CSCS card (desirable)
