Job Description
Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a HVAC Engineer. Our client is a fast growing and innovative Facilities Management provider, delivering a full spectrum of Hard FM Services including Planned and Reactive Gas, HVAC, Electrical and Building Fabric Maintenance Services.
Job Responsibilities:
* Repairs and maintenance on air conditioning units within the retail/commercial environment
* Ability to undertake planned, PPMs and reactive maintenance activities
* Fault finding and fixing any issues
* Mobile Working
Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience working within the retail/commercial environment
* Full Driving License
* Willingness to travel within London & South East of England
* NVQ Level 3
* Experience working on AHUs
* Maintenance experience
* Experience working in the Retail/Commercial environment
