Job Description
HVAC Engineer – London (Multi-Site, Commercial Offices)
Salary: Up to £60,000 | Monday – Friday | Travelcard Provided
We’re hiring a skilled and reliable HVAC Engineer to join a leading building services company, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial office buildings in Central London (Zones 1–2).
This is a mobile role with a London Travelcard provided, ideal for an engineer confident with HVAC systems and able to work independently across multiple client sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, VRVs, chillers, etc.)
*
Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns
*
Diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively
*
Maintain accurate job records and update compliance documentation
*
Liaise with site teams, clients, and helpdesk to report and resolve issues
*
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety standards
Requirements:
*
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or HVAC
*
F-Gas Certification (essential)
*
Proven experience working in commercial building maintenance
*
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
*
Excellent understanding of air handling, ventilation, and split/VRV systems
*
Full UK driving licence (if not using public transport)
