Job Title: HVAC Engineer (Static Site)
Location: Wimbledon
Salary: Up to £47,000 + Benefits
Join a leading Facilities Management company as an HVAC Engineer working on a static site in Wimbledon. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across both the depot and trains, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency.

Stable, long-term role on a single site
Responsibilities
*
Maintain, service, and repair HVAC systems across the depot and trains
*
Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently to minimize downtime
*
Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
*
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
*
Work closely with site teams and contractors to ensure smooth operations
*
Carry out installation, replacement, and fitting of HVAC components (valves, motors, pumps, fans, coils, filters, etc.)
*
Perform pipework brazing, soldering, and fabrication as required for system modifications or repairs
*
Handle refrigerants safely, including recovery, charging, leak detection, and pressure testing in line with F-Gas regulations
*
Undertake performance testing and commissioning of repaired or new HVAC systems
*
Keep detailed maintenance and service records for compliance and auditing purposes
Requirements
*
HVAC qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
*
F-Gas certification (essential)
*
Experience working on commercial HVAC systems
*
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
