Job Description
HVAC Engineer – Commercial Maintenance
Location: Kingston
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a leading building services team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial sites in Kingston.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience working on pumps, motors, FCUs, AHUs, and general HVAC systems, with a solid understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, including FCUs, AHUs, pumps, and motors.
*
Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure minimal downtime of building services equipment.
*
Conduct system checks and adjustments to maintain efficiency and comfort levels.
*
Work safely and effectively, adhering to all site and company health & safety procedures.
*
Liaise with clients, supervisors, and other engineers to coordinate works.
*
Complete all required maintenance records and documentation accurately.
Requirements:
*
Experience as an HVAC Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Building Services Engineer.
*
Strong technical knowledge of pumps, motors, FCUs, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
*
F-Gas qualification (advantageous).
