Job Title: Ventilation Compliance Supervisor
Location: Southend-On-Sea

Role Overview:
We are looking for a diligent Compliance Supervisor to ensure that all Ventilation Hygiene Cleaning Contracts are executed to the highest standards and meet customer satisfaction. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a skilled team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage General Ventilation Cleaning, Fire Damper Testing, and Kitchen Extract Fire Safety Cleaning.
* Communicate with customers or their representatives to agree on tasks and priorities.
* Ensure 100% attendance for all assignments, avoiding aborted calls unless beyond control.
* Conduct and adhere to risk assessments, ensuring no RIDDOR incidents and avoiding vehicle accidents.
* Coordinate the workload of the compliance team, setting job priorities and managing manpower.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations on-site and at the depot.
* Maintain the serviceability of all equipment, reporting any deficiencies or damages.
* Supervise Compliance Operatives, ensuring work meets required standards.
* Professionally represent the company on-site.
* Assist in the on-the-job training of new operatives and temporary staff.
* Handle urgent issues, communicate progress, and set daily priorities.
Resources & Training:
* Comprehensive internal and external on-the-job training.
* Health and Safety training.
* BESA Grease Hygiene Technician Training.
Quality & Environmental Responsibilities:
* Adhere to company processes and procedures to ensure quality service.
* Comply with the Company's Environmental Policy.
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
* Follow the Company Health and Safety Policy.
