The Role
As the HVAC Project Manager, you’ll:
- Manage installation projects from quotation through to completion, ensuring they meet budget, scope, and timeline.
- Coordinate and oversee labor and resources to maintain project schedules.
- Conduct site surveys and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and collaborate with the design team throughout project lifecycles.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project delivery.
You
To be successful in the role of HVAC Project Manager, you’ll bring:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the FM sector, specifically HVAC or M&E.
- Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and project budget management for accounts over £1m.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timeliness.
- Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS and CSCS.
- A full UK driving license.
