HVAC Project Manager
Our client is a market leader in advanced HVAC solutions, supplying and supporting commercial, industrial, and large-scale residential projects across Ireland. Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple HVAC projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring all outcomes align with business goals.
Define project objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop detailed project schedules and resource plans to ensure efficient delivery.
Oversee budgets, cost control, and profitability, identifying and resolving financial or operational risks early.
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering clear communication and accountability across all departments.
Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and provide transparent updates to senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify potential project risks or bottlenecks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure all works meet established quality standards, compliance requirements, and safety procedures.
Facilitate project close-out processes, including lessons-learned reviews and documentation updates.
Develop and maintain internal process maps and workflow documentation for continuous improvement.
About You
Recognised qualification in Project Management or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' proven project management experience, ideally within HVAC, engineering, or construction environments.
Strong understanding of structured project methodologies and modern management tools.
Skilled in stakeholder communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Excellent organisational, analytical, and time management capabilities.
Proficiency in project management and MS Office software suites.
LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Fluent in professional written and spoken English.
Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland on a permanent basis.
