HVAC Service Engineer (Commercial / Industrial)
£40,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Training + Company Van + Paid Travel + Technology Package + Overtime Availability + Tools Provided

Are you a service engineer, with experience in the HVAC industry, looking to join a well-established company that has grown to operate across London and the Home Counties, and offers a technology package and training?
Are you experienced in working with various air conditioning systems, like splits and chillers, and looking for a role that has excellent overtime opportunities and comes with a company van and fuel card?
This company was founded in Brentwood a decade ago and since then has become a leading name in the HVAC / Building Services industry in London and the surrounding areas. The company offers HVAC, Fire Protection, and mechanical and electrical services to both the commercial and industrial sectors.
In this role you will be expected to conduct planned and reactive work across London and the surrounding areas. You will be carrying out the installation, maintenance and fault repairs on air conditioning and chiller systems. Working both individually and as a team, you must consult with clients and ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.

The Role:
Core hours 8 - 5, Monday - Friday
Conduct planned and reactive maintenance projects across London and the Home Counties
Work on projects as an individual, and on a larger projects, in a team of up to five
Complete service and compliance records of all projects, like F-Gas logs
Ensure all health and safety regulations, and industry standards are followed when completing projects
Participate in emergency or weekend call out rota, as and when required
Conduct initial fault finding and diagnostic testing on client equipment

Experience in the HVAC industry
