HVAC Site Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Site Manager with strong electrical understanding to lead and oversee the maintenance, installations, compliance, and performance of HVAC systems across our retail division nationwide. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, highly organised, and confident managing contractors, schedules, and technical queries on busy, fast-paced retail sites.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day HVAC operations across multiple retail locations.
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance work, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations.
Conduct site inspections, diagnose HVAC and electrical issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver safe, compliant, and effective solutions.
Review RAMS, compliance documentation, and ensure adherence to H&S standards.
Provide technical support and guidance on HVAC and associated electrical systems.
Monitor asset performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and service logs.

Skills & Experience Needed

Proven experience as an HVAC Site Manager, Supervisor, or Lead Engineer.
Strong understanding of electrical systems.
Experience working in retail, commercial, or multi-site environments.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and technical mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Ability to manage contractors and multiple work streams effectively.
Full UK driving licence.
