HVAC Support Engineer
Our client is a recognised leader in the Irish HVAC industry, providing advanced heating and cooling solutions to commercial, industrial, and high-density residential sectors nationwide. Key Responsibilities
Provide front-line technical support across a broad range of heating and HVAC products.
Diagnose and troubleshoot product, software, and system issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
Liaise with field engineers, clients, and internal teams to manage technical queries and service requests.
Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or product specialists when required.
Record all service activity, warranty details, and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Support the development of technical documentation, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
Collaborate closely with service, sales, and engineering departments to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Ensure all work aligns with company standards and technical best practices.
About You
Qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Heating, or a related technical discipline.
Proven background in a technical support or customer service role, ideally within the HVAC or heating industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience using CRM or helpdesk software.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively.
Professional command of English, written and verbal.
Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland on a permanent basis.
