Please state on your application what role / rota you are interested in. This is a new role created as part of the modernising and organisational changes of mental health services in West Sussex. The ability to triage, risk assess and manage competing demands is a fundamental core requirement. As part of this new service you will have support from the Service Manager and Hub Team Manager. Regular individual and peer supervision, commissioned specialist training will be available to enable you to maintain your knowledge and remain aware of any changes in legislation to enhance your practice. You will be expected to work closely alongside colleagues in Crisis Teams, general acute hospitals, Sussex Police, South East Coast Ambulance service (SECAMB) and acute in-patient units.
