Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker – Harlow – High Earnings

Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic (including car allowance)
OTE: £90,000+ uncapped

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is partnering with a successful mortgage and estate agency business in Harlow to recruit an experienced Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker. This is a high-volume opportunity within a flagship branch, offering strong lead flow, excellent support, and genuine high earnings potential.

The role will initially require you to be office-based 3–4 days per week to build relationships with estate agency teams and maximise lead conversion. Once established, hybrid flexibility is offered.

You will benefit from a consistent pipeline of 7–10 mortgage leads per week, supported by a high-performing branch completing over 70 property sales per month. With average property values around £350,000 (up to £900,000) and case sizes circa £3,000, this role provides a strong platform to generate earnings in excess of £90,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and virtual appointments
• Convert estate agency leads into completed business
• Build relationships with introducers and branch teams
• Manage pipeline and ensure FCA-compliant advice

Employed Package:

• Basic salary up to £35,000 including car allowance
• Uncapped commission and monthly bonuses
• Commission splits from 5%–32%
• Full admin support

Self-Employed Option:

• 70% commission on own business
• 45% on company-generated leads
• Full compliance and admin support

Requirements:

• CeMAP qualified and CAS status
• Experience as a mortgage advisor or mortgage broker
• Strong knowledge of mortgages and protection
• Driven, target-focused, and professional
