Due to increased growth, they are looking for an experienced Ocean Export Operator to join their team in Manchester.

* A competitive salary - approx 35K
* Life Insurance: The amount of coverage is 3 * employee’s annual base salary.

Candidates must have at least 4 years experience within Ocean Freight Exports, customs experience is an advantage but not essential (training can be provided)
Duties would include;

Documentation:
Preparing and reviewing shipping documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
*
Customs Compliance:
Ensuring all export shipments comply with UK and international customs regulations.
*
Freight Forwarding:
Coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other parties to arrange transportation.
*
Booking and Scheduling:
Managing freight bookings, scheduling shipments, and tracking cargo movement.
*
Communication:
Maintaining regular communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
