Hygiene Manager - Sustainable Food Manufacturing
Surrey, KT9 | £55,000-£65,000 DOE | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Join a pioneering business at the forefront of sustainable food manufacturing, the UK's leading supplier of responsibly sourced high care products to major retailers and foodservice partners - and they're looking for a Hygiene Manager to help maintain the highest hygiene and food safety standards across their modern production facilities.
In this key leadership role, you'll:
Lead and mentor a dedicated hygiene team, driving excellence and continuous improvement.
Oversee hygiene systems, audits, and compliance in line with customer standards.
Manage hygiene budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring full regulatory and safety compliance.
Collaborate across technical and operations teams to support food safety culture and audit readiness.
Champion sustainable and safe production practices in a high-care, fast-paced FMCG environment.You'll need:
Proven experience as a Hygiene Manager or Supervisor within food manufacturing (ideally high-care).
Strong knowledge of hygiene systems, HACCP, and food safety (Level 3 minimum).
Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
